How Commissions are Paid
Commissions usually work this way: The seller pays the commission to sell their home, part to the seller’s agent and part to the buyer’s agent. The same is true with the New Home Builder. The Builder pays the commission to sell their homes.
Here is a typical example: The home seller contacts an agent to sell their home. The seller’s agent lists a home for sale and the seller agrees to pay a 6% commission*. The commission is split 50/50, with the seller’s agent and buyer’s agent each getting 3%. 
The myREALpro™ Credit
When you buy a home with us as your buyer’s agent, we take the 3% commission and credit you 1%. If the seller or builder pays us a commission, we share that commission with you.
You never pay any commission to us. Why would you buy a home any other way?
When is the Credit Paid
The Credit is Paid at Closing through the Escrow Company.

In order for us to receive a commission - and for you to receive your Buyer Credit - please take the following steps:
- Fill in your contact info below and let us know when is a good time to call. Or call us directly at (480) 422-1999.
- Sign a Buyer Broker Agreement – required to receive the Credit.
- Get Pre Approved by a Lender by our 2nd Visit.
- Enter into a Purchase Contract for a home with us as your agent within 45 days of registration.
- At Closing, Receive your Buyer Credit! $$$

*Commissions are not set by law. Brokers and agents are not allowed to get together as a group to set standard commission rates or standard commission splits.
